First Friday VIRTUAL Open Mic

First Friday Zoom Open Mic for June 2022 is upon us. Join hosts, Larry Power, Logan, & Lee Eric Freedman for inspiring spoken word, musical performances and the famous "name your talent" at the best open mic in Swampscott, MA. Open Mic begins at 7:00 PM EST and runs until 10:00 PM EST (United States).

This month's featured guest is Michael Sindler, a Denver resident and a native of South Carolina.  His work crosses genres including poetry, fiction, non-fiction,  memoir, theatre, and songwriting. He has been published in a variety of national print and web venues including 2020: The Year America Changed, All the Lives We Ever Lived Vol. II & III (both Colorado Book Award finalists) and numerous other anthologies. He has collaborated with and participated in a number of media bridging projects and productions with museums and arts organizations throughout Colorado. He has featured in and facilitated virtual (and IRL) poetry readings, performances, and workshops across the globe. He is one third of the Bearded Bards of the Bardo, a Zoom-based transcontinental  poetry performance collective.
