David Howard // Band Leader, Guitarist, Composer/Arranger

Dave is a guitarist, composer, arranger and band leader. Teacher of composition and production at Berklee School of Music for decades. Performances in the U.S. and Europe including numerous jazz festivals including Roccella, Pepperoncino and Armonie D’Arte. Leader of the Dave Howard Initiative, original neo-soul hybrid ensemble with three CD’s and counting. 

Steve Gutherz // Keyboards

Steve's playing experience covers many genres and many recordings including Latin Jazz with the Steve Gutherz Quartet

featuring four time grammy winners, Oscar Stagnaro on bass, Mark Walker on drums (Paquito D’Rivera) with Samuel Batista on sax. Soul Jazz with the band, Soul Custody; Mainstream Jazz for decades including  the band, Good Company featuring the inimitable Dave Clark on bass; Rhythm and Blues with Barry Marshall and the Rockin' Robins; Spiritual, religious music with Kol Libeinu and Shabat Rinah; and Blues

bands including Deal Me In, doubling on Blues Harmonica. Jazz festivals in Europe include: Rocella, Peperoncino and Armonie D’Arte.

John DeBossu // Bass

Double bass and Electric bass player. Performs jazz, classical and rock in the New England area. Classically trained in Switzerland, performing in various jazz bands in Europe. Studied with Miroslav Vituous in the U.S., founding member of Weather Report. Plays with various jazz and swing bands including the New Providence Big Band and Gypsy Jazz with Minor Swing,

Sammy Biancuzzo // Drums

Sam started in the early 60 s with his band the ‘Henchmen’.

Attended Berklee while performing with Billy Squire and Van Morrison. Joined the well-known world tour band ‘Mason Dixon and the Line’. He later performed with the popular Boston band ‘Breakaway’ and recorded with Columbia in NYC. Sam has also performed  at the Teluride, Colorado Jazz Festival with Steve Morse and worked with The Brecker Bros. in ‘Dreams’. Presently Sam plays with the world renowned Platters and engages in freelance studio work.
