We practice gentle exercises and slow movements to promote the circulation of qi (energy) and the general well being of the students. Following simple and deliberate demonstrations by the instructor, students learn a variety of exercises that include qi gong movements (similar to tai chi) and meditations involving movement, breathing, visualization, sound, and even stillness.
Classes last one hour and ten minutes and occur most Sundays, starting at 9 AM.
Class fee is $10 payable at the door.
