I have a degree in Fine Arts but credit most of my best training to studying with Louis Sylvia, a New Bedford marine painter best known for his paintings of whaling ships. My work is representational and includes oil, pastel and watercolor. I draw my subjects from my surroundings and the interesting people I meet.
